- Immediately bring one of your Empire's Territories back into its sphere of influence, and gain Influence for each adjacent Territory already in your sphere.
- If you do not have the strongest Influence in the Territory, there is a high chance it will start converting back after you use this action.

Cultural Proximity is always maxed out due to Aesthete affinity.
- Both Proximity with major Empires and Independent Peoples will be maxed out.
- That is, if other Empires break Treaties with Aesthete Empires, the War Support of Aesthete Empires will increase much more. In addition, declaring war against Aesthete Empires will severely drain the of the attacking Empire every turn.
- In addition, with the Proximity with all the Independent Peoples maxed out, Aesthete Empires always only need to pay the minimum or cost to Bribe an Independent People.

- The Egyptians culture art is based on the train station scene from the influential neorealist Egyptian film, Cairo Station (1958).
- The in-game appearance of the Egyptian City Center is roughly based on the Mogamma - an all-in-one administrative building that houses numerous Egyptian government agencies in Cairo, usually considered as a symbol of the Egyptian bureaucracy - as well as the Tahrir Square in front of it.
