Mods allow players to change gameplay elements of Humankind by downloading community-created content. Mods can be accessed and managed by clicking Extras > Community from the Main Menu. Downloading mods requires connecting a mod.io account.
Official Mods[]
AMPLITUDE Studios has released a number of "official" mods for HUMANKIND™, serving as templates and examples for community modders to learn from and create their own mods.
- Official ENDLESS™ Mod - A large game-changing mod that connects story elements of HUMANKIND™ to the rest of the ENDLESS™ universe. Adds new Narrative Events, Civics, Technologies, Victory Conditions, and more!
- Official Auriga Map - A map recreating the ENDLESS™ Legend world of Auriga in HUMANKIND™.
- Amplified 2022 Official Map - A competitive multiplayer-focused map created for the Amplified 2022 Event, with help from Map Creation Content finalist Oneesama.
- 42nd Parallel by Sacriel - A big-sized map created by Twitch streamer Sacriel during an official Amplitude Studios Twitch livestream.
- The Amplipodes - A Tiny Australia Map for Humankind - A tiny-sized Australian-themed map created by Amplitude Studios employee William Dyce during the 2021 Map Editor Stream.
