The Ruins are demolished, ransacked, etc. district remaining's on a tile. They can be removed with a Constructible Action, which is available in Cities when one of their tile got damaged and become ruined.
Formation of Ruins[]
- If the Independent People are not assimilated, annexed or become a client state within their lifespan, they will fall into ruin and disappear. Their City and its Districts will become Ruins.
- By ransacking or bombing a Tile it will become a Ruin
Effects[]
- Ruined Tiles are not exploitable, they not providing and FIMS.
- Building on top of a Ruin reduces the Industry cost by 25%.
- Building an Outpost on top of a Ruin is instantaneous.
Action: Clear Ruins[]
- Clear Ruins and restart the exploitation of surrounding Tiles. (1)
- This always cost a City a full Turn
