The Stealthy Operative Missile Unit is special to the Turks. Unlocked by the Fighter Jets technology in the Contemporary Era. It has the Speciality Aerial Stealth.[1]
History[]
From the 1950s until the 1970s, Turkey had an under-developed national defense industry. As such, its army was dependent on American military equipment supplied through NATO. After the Turkish invasion of Northern Cyprus in 1974, an American arms embargo led to deteriorating diplomatic relations between the two countries.
This situation finally pushed Ankara to diversify its suppliers and develop its own weaponry and equipment-manufacturing programs. Well underway by the 1980s, Turkey’s participation in international cooperation programs and the manufacturing of licensed military equipment allowed the country to fully produce its own cutting-edge equipment domestically by the beginning of the 21st century. Progress in the aerial defense sector also made it possible to produce next-generation stealth cruise missiles capable of hitting targets at a range of up to 2,500 km.

Footnotes[]
- ↑ The attacker will not receive the usual "Attacked Me" Grievance for attacking another civilization's unit when not at war. You still will not be able to attack another civilization's units outside of neutral territory without declaring war first. This ability doesn't do anything if you are already at war.
